It is recognized as an announcer and protector; its song is a direct conversation with the walker’s soul, warning of dangers or confirming that the path is safe.

Identity: Handicraft with Mapuche Williche cultural relevance. Endemic bird of the temperate forests of southern Chile.
Technique: Hand-carved wood, recycled iron sculpture, and hand-knitted with 2 needles (garter stitch). Finished with water-based acrylic paint.
Materials: Poplar wood, iron core, selected wool, and synthetic cotton details.
