This site is managed entirely by Kalkona – Espíritu de Bosque, a brand based in southern Chile. It is important to note that all our Chilean Handcrafted Products are individually made. Due to this manual process, the pieces may have natural variations, which are inherent and valued in the artistry.

Use of this platform implies acceptance of our privacy policies. First, the user agrees to provide truthful and accurate information when placing an order. Furthermore, any use of the site that compromises the security of the platform or the intellectual property rights of the brand is prohibited.
3. Availability of Handmade Products in Chile
Our Chilean handicrafts are characterized by their limited edition nature. However, availability may vary depending on demand or the stock of natural raw materials. If a product is out of stock after purchase, the customer will be notified promptly to coordinate a new delivery date or a refund. 4. Prices, Payments, and Legal Regulations All prices are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include the corresponding VAT according to Chilean tax law. Payment methods are clearly displayed during checkout. Therefore, the customer accepts the shipping charges, which are calculated separately from the product price. 5. Shipping and National LogisticsWe ship Handmade in Chile products using certified transport companies. Delivery times are estimates. Kalkona is not responsible for delays caused by external factors or force majeure, although we will provide all necessary support in tracking your order.
