At Kalkona, each piece is prepared with the same care and respect with which it was created. We want the arrival of our Forest Spirit to your home to be a seamless and transparent experience.
1. Shipping Times
- 📦 Products in Stock: Once your purchase is confirmed, the packaging and delivery process to the shipping company takes place within 24 to 48 business hours.
- ⏳ Availability: If the selected product is not in immediate stock (due to its handmade nature), we will contact you to inform you of the creation time.
2. Shipping Options and Costs
From our headquarters in La Unión, Los Ríos Region, we bring the identity of our land to the entire country: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are paid directly to the shipping company or according to the agreed-upon method. Shipping Options: We want you to feel comfortable with our service. We ship through the carrier of your choice (Starken, Chilexpress, Correos de Chile, etc.). At the time of purchase, you can indicate your preferred option.3. Wholesale Orders
For Kalkona, larger partnerships require special coordination that respects the time required for handcrafted work:
- Wholesale orders are not subject to standard dispatch times.
- Production, delivery times, and shipping costs are coordinated directly and personally via WhatsApp or email. This allows us to ensure the quality and exclusivity of each piece in large volumes.
4. Tracking and Delivery
Once the product has been handed over to the shipping company, we will send you the tracking number so you can monitor your piece's journey to its final destination.
Note: Remember that you are acquiring a unique piece. The time we dedicate to packaging ensures that the wood and fabric arrive in perfect condition from the south to your home.
